Far beyond the Oak Rum

Our artisan rum is crafted from local sugar cane syrup aka miel, panela & molasses & without any added artificial flavour or colour, copper pot distilled & aged in 15gal. / 50l casks, using a wide range of wood like:

Tropical Oak, Carob, Cedar, Laurel, Macano & Mango. Amazonian Amburana & Cerejeira. North American Red & White Oak, Maple, Hickory & Cherry. European Chestnut, Black & White Oak.

Signature Whisky

Eco & sustainable process: barley & rye harvested within the Baltic lands, mashing using firewood (we have enough wood from our forests management), feeding our sheep & other farms livestock around with the spent grain.

Fermenting pitching old nordic farm yeast cultures. Slow copper pot distilling.

Aging in 50 liters casks (oak, chestnut, cherry, birch, cedar & carob wood).

Water is sourced from our 50m deep well, we are located in a forest county with no industries within a 1000 km2 area.
