Our artisan rum is crafted from local sugar cane syrup aka miel, panela & molasses & without any added artificial flavour or colour,
copper pot distilled & aged in 15gal. / 50l casks, using a wide range of wood like:
Tropical Oak, Carob, Cedar, Laurel, Macano & Mango. Amazonian Amburana & Cerejeira.
North American Red & White Oak, Maple, Hickory & Cherry. European Chestnut, Black & White Oak.
